WedStay Elite Vendors

WedStay Elite is our highest vendor tier, reserved for wedding professionals who meet strict qualification criteria including 5+ years of experience, 100+ weddings completed, and strong client reviews. It is our way of highlighting the most experienced and trusted vendors on the platform.

Vendors must meet all four criteria: at least 5 years in business, a minimum of 100 weddings completed, strong client reviews, and selection by the WedStay team. The badge is earned, not purchased.

Yes. Browsing Elite vendors and contacting them through WedStay is completely free for couples. There are no fees, commissions, or hidden costs on the couple side. You can message any Elite vendor directly from their profile page.

Our team hand-picks Elite vendors after looking at their portfolio, years in business, wedding experience, and client reviews, and the list is reviewed on an ongoing basis. Please confirm insurance and licensing directly with any vendor you hire.

Absolutely. Every Elite vendor profile includes a contact form where you can send your wedding details directly. Each inquiry is screened by WedStay, then sent to the vendor, who replies within 3 business days. You can also visit their website or social media links listed on their profile.

WedStay Elite includes vendors across all our categories: Photography, Videography, Wedding Planning, Floral Design, Food & Bev, DJ & Music, Hair & Makeup, Transportation, Wedding Cakes, Rentals, and Jewelry. The number of Elite vendors varies by category.

The Elite list is reviewed on an ongoing basis. New vendors are added as they meet the qualification criteria, and existing vendors are periodically re-evaluated to ensure they continue to meet our standards. The page data refreshes regularly.

Every vendor profile on WedStay is checked by our team and removed if it doesn't meet our standards. Elite is a step above: vendors hand-picked by our team for more experience (5+ years, 100+ weddings) and strong client reviews.
