50% non-refundable retainer required to reserve date. Recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. Free 40-minute Zoom consultation. Final design consultation approximately 2 months before wedding.
50% retainer at booking. Balance due per contract dates, no later than 30 days before event. Returned checks incur $35 fee. Final guest count due 30 days before event — increases result in additional costs.
All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation within 30 days of event: full fee due immediately. Changes must be approved in writing and may incur additional fees. No requests for additional items within 7 days of event.
Proposal sent within 3 business days after consultation, including vision board, color palette, and flower plan. Final consultation ~2 months before wedding. Setup/breakdown overtime: $50/hour per staff member.
Blissful Guarantee: if not completely satisfied with any element, they will make it right. Florals are perishable — not responsible for wilting after setup. Comparable substitutions made if specific flowers unavailable.
