What is the WedStay One Day-Of Pack?

A one-time $49 purchase that turns on the WedStay One tools for the day itself: the guest camera and live photo wall, find your seat with guest check-in, the day-of schedule and QR cards for your tables.

We already have a wedding website. Does that matter?

Not at all. Keep the website you have. The Day-Of Pack works without publishing a WedStay website: guests reach everything from the QR card on their table.

Do our guests need to download an app?

No. The camera, the photo wall, the schedule and their seat all open from one scan in any phone browser. No app to install, no account to create and no password to remember.

How many guests can add photos?

Up to 150 guest cameras, with 20 photos each. If your guest list is bigger, or guests want more shots, you can add cameras or film any time from your dashboard.

How does the live photo wall work?

Guests scan the QR card, take a photo or pick one from their camera roll, and it appears on the wall within seconds. Open the wall on any screen at the venue and it keeps filling all night.

When do the guest tools switch on?

Set your wedding date in your dashboard first. The guest camera opens 7 days before your wedding and stays open for 30 days after, so guests can add their camera roll once they get home. The live photo wall runs on a screen from 3 days before the wedding to 3 days after.

What if we want the rest of WedStay One later?

Your $49 counts later. It comes off the price of unlocking every WedStay One tool: the budget, RSVPs, invitations, your wedding website and the rest. Your dashboard shows the exact amount.

Can we get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of buying, before your wedding date, and we refund it in full. The day-of tools switch off and nothing else on your account changes.

Who owns the photos guests upload?

You and your guests keep ownership of your photos. Each guest who uploads gives WedStay a permanent license, set out in section 32.9 of the WedStay One Terms, to host and show the photo so your wall and gallery work, and also to use it in WedStay’s own marketing and in its products. A guest can ask WedStay to stop using a photo in new marketing. You can download or delete photos any time from your gallery, though deleting a photo does not undo uses already made. Read section 32.9 of the WedStay One Terms.

We already have a WedStay One account.
