Questions
How much does WedStay One cost?
Lite is $49, Pro is $199, and Premium is $599. All one-time purchases, no subscription. Couples who book their venue through WedStay get Premium free, applied automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every paid page comes with a full refund for 14 days from purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days you can archive the page any time.
What if my venue isn't on WedStay?
Your page works with any venue, anywhere. Couples not booked through WedStay choose Lite, Pro or Premium. The page itself is identical.
Who owns the photos guests upload?
You and your guests keep ownership of your photos. When a guest uploads, they grant WedStay a license to host and display them so your page and the live wall work, set out in the WedStay One Terms. You can download or delete your photos any time from settings.
Can I delete my page and all the data?
Yes. You can unpublish or permanently delete your page from settings whenever you like. That takes the RSVPs, guest emails and photos with it. Deletion is complete, not a soft hide.
Is WedStay One really free if I book through WedStay?
Really. Every wedding booked through WedStay includes the Premium page at no cost. It is applied to your account automatically and pre-filled from your booking details.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The schedule, RSVP, the photo wall, finding their seat: it all opens from one link in any phone browser. There is no app to install, no account to create and no password to remember.
How does the live photo wall work?
Guests scan the QR code or tap your link, snap a photo (or pick one from their camera roll, iPhone HEIC included), and it appears on the shared wall within seconds. At the reception you can put the wall fullscreen on a projector or TV, and it keeps filling all night.
What is the digital disposable camera?
Each guest gets a set number of shots: 5 on Lite, 15 on Pro, 20 on Premium. The wall fills with candid, in-the-moment photos instead of camera-roll dumps. It is the fun of a disposable camera with none of the developing, and you can add more shots any time.
Can guests find their seat from their phone?
Yes. On the day, a guest types their name and instantly sees their table and who they are sitting with. No printed chart to crowd around. They can also tap "I’m here" to check in as they arrive.
How many guests can use the photo wall?
The number of guest "cameras" scales with your plan: 25 on Lite, 75 on Pro and 200 on Premium. You can buy more any time if your guest list grows.
When does the day-of view turn on?
Your page automatically shifts into its live "day-of" mode in the week leading up to the wedding (up to seven days before, for wedding weekends), surfacing the right-now schedule, find-your-seat and the photo wall. Before and after, guests see your full wedding website.
Can I use my own custom domain?
Yes. Premium pages include a custom page address, and any plan can add a custom domain. Otherwise your page lives at a clean thewedstay.com link you can share or print on a QR card.
Can I keep our address and private details hidden?
Yes. Sensitive details like the venue address stay private, revealed to guests only close to the day behind a password layer. A link that gets forwarded never exposes where you live or where the wedding is.
