Important things to know
After you decide what you want, an agreement that outlines the details of your event is sent to sign. Once the agreement is signed and a deposit is received, the entertainment is reserved. Many bands book up to a year or more in advance.
For most entertainment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the act. Price depends on the specific entertainment or band, the location and the production, and quotes are given on request.
Review Utah Live Bands's cancellation and rescheduling policy before signing your contract. Wedding insurance is always recommended.
Visit website for detailsAccess to the venue at least 4 hours before the performance is preferred, and some bands require it. Song requests are best given with at least 30 days of notice.
Ask Utah Live Bands about their liability insurance coverage and any venue-required certificates.
