Our planning services are designed to meet couples wherever they are in the planning process. From **day-of and month-of coordination to partial and full-service planning, we take on as much—or as little—of the planning as each couple needs.
Our full-service planning begins with understanding your vision, priorities, guest experience, and overall investment. From there, we help bring the entire event together, including venue selection, vendor sourcing and recommendations, budget guidance, contract management, design direction, floor plans, rentals, guest logistics, transportation, accommodations, and overall wedding weekend planning.
Throughout the planning process, we manage communication with vendors, keep important deadlines on track, review logistics and contracts, coordinate deliveries and setup details, and help make decisions that keep the wedding moving forward. We create detailed timelines, organize vendor information, develop floor plans and layouts, assist with ceremony and reception logistics, coordinate the rehearsal, and ensure every element has a plan before wedding weekend arrives.
As the wedding approaches, our focus shifts to execution. We finalize timelines and floor plans, confirm vendors, coordinate arrival and setup details, organize the wedding party and family logistics, manage the ceremony process, oversee vendors throughout the event, and troubleshoot the unexpected so our couples don't have to.
For couples planning destination weddings or multi-day celebrations, R&R Collective can extend planning beyond the wedding day. We can coordinate the entire guest experience, including welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, transportation, accommodations, guest activities, and additional wedding-week events. Our team helps create one cohesive plan for the entire celebration rather than treating each event as a separate occasion.

We hired R&R Collective in part because Robyn is a firefighter by day, so we figured she would be unflappable in the face of any wedding-day chaos. That was absolutely true. We had two guests with specific dietary needs, and she and Kaitie did not hesitate to contact our caterer about ensuring they had a meal set aside. When we ran short on alcohol for one of our speciality cocktails, Robyn confirmed that we wanted to restock and DoorDashed some more gin. Robyn and Kaitie were always calm, collected, and cheerful, and for every step it was clear that we were in excellent hands. “As a former event manager I knew that I did NOT want to plan my own wedding. Enter, Jenna Carino, who is THE BEST. From our first phone call to the wedding day, she took care of every detail, most of the time without me knowing about it! As a destination bride, it was super helpful that she had vendor recommendations (and all of them were obsessed with her) and she even came to two of our tastings with us to get to know our vibe!
I know how stressful events can be, especially when it's the biggest day of someones life, but Jenna showed absolutely no stress! Everything was taken care of seamlessly. If you think you only want a day-of coordinator, I highly encourage you to hire Jenna for at least the month-of or partial planning. The months leading up to the wedding she took care of SO MANY details, from certificates of insurance, to communicating with vendors, to making sure we had thought of everything (like a getaway car!) We are so thankful for Jenna! She also provided amazing design service with our signage. Jenna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, making everything easy and stress-free. Important things to know
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of signing this agreement to secure and reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
For weddings booked within two months of the wedding date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All payments made to R&R Collective are non-refundable in the event the Client cancels the services, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation or rescheduling does not relieve the Client of any payment obligations under this agreement. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 90 days prior to the original wedding date and are subject to R&R Collective's availability.
Any services requested outside of the agreed-upon scope of services, as well as reasonable expenses necessary to perform the services, may result in additional charges. The Client is responsible for reasonable travel, accommodations, parking, emergency purchases, and other event-related expenses necessary for R&R Collective to perform the contracted services.
Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per week on the outstanding balance.
If R&R Collective is unable to perform the contracted services and a suitable replacement cannot be arranged with the Client's consent, R&R Collective will terminate the agreement and provide a full refund of the Deposit and all fees paid by the Client.
