No unauthorized parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification.

Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed.

Kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.

The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit.

This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection.

Due to the size of the property we have groundskeepers that periodically attend to the exterior of the property. We may need access to the garage or shed during your stay.
