“Let's start with the good - the guests did not have any complaints about the parking service and everyone was able to arrive on time and retrieve their cars so that was really nice. Moving onto the bad, PVP employees throughout the night requested to speak with us about payment (which we did during an important time, our sunset photos) and then they continued bothering and asking our guest who's going to pay us multiple times even though they had already been paid in full over Zelle the day prior to the wedding. This was honestly quite embarrassing and something we shouldn't be worrying about on the day of.”

They refuse to use their insurance because their premiums will go up (not my words, his words).
