Important things to know
Non-refundable $200 retainer required to secure date. Books 1.5 years in advance — popular Spring/Fall Fri/Sat dates fill quickly. Saturday minimum: 8 adult hair or makeup services.
Balance due 2 weeks prior to event. Retainer applied toward final balance. Accepts credit/debit card (available 100 days out), cash (in Winter Park studio), or ACH via Square. Credit card on file required for 2 weeks post-event per contract.
Retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Trial late policy: 15-minute grace period. If more than 15 minutes late and trial cannot be completed, appointment rescheduled and fee forfeited.
Trial recommended 12 weeks before wedding (Mon–Thu, 9am–6pm only). Classic trial: 1.5–2 hours. Luxury trial: 2.5+ hours. Timeline & Prep Letter sent 4–6 weeks before event. 1 artist per 7–8 services; additional artist available ($300).
