### How selective is the WedStay portfolio?

Every property that applies is reviewed by our team by video walkthrough or in-person visit before it is listed. We curate for quality, uniqueness, wedding suitability, location, and market fit, so being part of the collection genuinely means something to couples.

### What are the three partnership tiers?

WedStay Collection (Tier 1): we list, market, and book the couples we generate for a 20% commission. We are exclusive only for the wedding leads we generate, so you can still take your own wedding bookings directly and keep every other rental channel. Weddings by WedStay (Tier 2): we become your dedicated wedding sales team, managing every wedding lead from any source plus all back-of-house, for a lower 15% commission. WedStay Signature (Tier 3): a fully custom, done-for-you growth partnership.

### What is the Annual Portfolio Fee — and is it refundable?

Tiers 1 and 2 carry an Annual Portfolio Fee of $2,500, billed as five monthly installments of $500. It covers keeping your property live and performing in the WedStay portfolio — listing upkeep, marketing, pricing strategy, sales materials, and partnership support — and it applies to each 12-month term. If WedStay has not brought you a booking during a term, you can take a full refund of that term's fee or credit it toward the next year, which makes joining effectively risk-free. Tier 3 is custom, scoped to the work involved.

### Do I give up my brand or control?

Never. Your property is always the brand and you keep 100% brand ownership across every tier. The higher the tier, the more of the wedding business WedStay runs behind the scenes — but the spotlight always stays on your property.

### Will weddings interfere with my regular short-term-rental business?

No. You keep operating your short-term rental independently and we work around your calendar, filling gaps with high-value wedding bookings. At Tier 2 and above we also handle the wedding communication, insurance, contracts, coordination, and logistics so it stays off your plate.

### How do I choose the right tier?

Choose Tier 1 if you want exposure and bookings but prefer to run your own wedding business. Choose Tier 2 if you want WedStay to manage every wedding lead and the back office for a lower commission. Choose Tier 3 if you want a fully done-for-you growth partner. You can start in one tier and move up as you grow.
